Rigs & Rides, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for any damage to vehicles, trailers, equipment, cargo, straps, chains, or other property, nor for any personal injury or loss that may occur during or after the loading process. The customer assumes all responsibility for securing, transporting, and ensuring the safe condition of their load before leaving the premises.
